After last year’s wonderful meeting in the beautiful city of Hamburg, Germany, we hope you can join us in the south-western part of the Netherlands for three days of technical presentations, interesting visits and of course the opportunity, once again, to meet with friends and colleagues with the common purpose of professional flood and coastal risk management.

This year's event will be very different, as you yourself will roll up your sleeves and be involved! We will all participate in a live field experiment. So make sure you register well in advance as tickets are limited.

Global outline programme

Sunday, we meet and discover the Steam Ship Rotterdam, we will feed you both with knowledge and food. We close the evening with a panel discussion on Adaptive Pathways, bar will be open afterwards

Monday, we will explore and participate in the Living Lab Hedwige and Prosperpolder experiments (Foreshore measurements, animal burrows research, inspections and emergency response) and feast at the formal Kring diner

Tuesday, we visit and experience the Sand Motor before dropping you off at either Schiphol International Airport or the SS Rotterdam
